Could Not Connect to the System Event Notification Service Error Fix

You might get this Error during Startup in Vista.

How to Fix “Could Not Connect to the System Event Notification Service” Error

1- Login to Windows. Ignore the Error.

2- Press Windows Key+R (Win+R) to open up Run. Type in “cmd” and press Enter.

3- Navigate to C:WindowsSystem32

4- To do that follow the screenshot below and Enter commands line by line as shown.

5- Type “netsh” and press Enter. The prompt will change to netsh>

6- Type “Winsock reset“. Press Enter once more.

7- Reboot your PC.
